Whatโ€™s the scope?

  1. Partner with Polarโ€™s managers to help build high-performing teams.

  2. Be responsible for delivering people experience projects (eg: performance management frameworks, compensation & benefits reviews) from inception to launch, using a bottom-up approach

  3. Develop and refine people policies, principles and processes that support our ambitious plans to scale globally

  4. Take an empathetic approach to support managers and employees in any people-related disputes that improve team harmony.

  5. Support the development of our workplace experience, focusing on building strong connections in distributed and remote teams.

The job is made for you if...

  1. Youโ€™ve worked in a People role in the tech ecosystem with experience partnering with teams in distributed locations, with France being the most critical.

  2. You have delivered projects from inception to launch that improve the experience of your employees

  3. Youโ€™re data-driven, and use people data (including talent acquisition data where necessary) to improve processes in the people team.

  4. Youโ€™ve worked in a remote environment, and are comfortable with Async first communication.

Our Hiring Process ๐Ÿ“

We follow a structured hiring process to ensure fairness and transparency. Our process may vary depending on the role, but this is what you can expect after you apply:

1. Recruiter Screen (30 mins): A call with our Head of Talent to talk through your current/past experience, your motivations and Tell you more about Polar Analytics.

2. Technical Fit (45 mins): Here, you'll meet either the Hiring Manager or a team member of a similar level to discuss your ways of working and understand your skillset and ability for the role.

3. Technical Deep Dive (1 hour): This interview usually consists of a practical element (case study, Presentation, Technical Problem Solving etc) designed to give you a broader understanding of how we drive impact at Polar. This will be with the hiring manager and one other team member.

4. Culture Interview (45 mins): A conversation with one of our Culture Champions. We assess your team fit based on our values (see below).
