Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Integration Management, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, webhooks, idempotency, error handling, and API security
- Experience with API keys, OAuth, JWT, request signing, and logging tools
- Ability to review, understand, and create technical documentation, including API documentation
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
