About Us: Platinumlist.net, a pioneering leader in the online event guide and ticketing solution industry, has been revolutionizing the event landscape in the Gulf region since 2009. As the largest ticketing provider in the GCC, we proudly serve an extensive array of events across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait from our Dubai-based headquarters.
About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our B2C team focused on Ticket Office, Checkout, and Monetization — the core touchpoints that define how users discover, purchase, and manage their tickets across platforms.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our product experience: from improving conversion and checkout flows to building scalable design patterns and contributing directly to our growing design system.
The ideal candidate is a cross-platform designer — equally confident working on web and mobile — who enjoys digging into data and user insights, creating elegant design solutions, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end experiences across web, app, and partner platforms — from discovery to purchase.
- Build and evolve the Platinumlist Design System in collaboration with other designers and developers.
- Contribute to UX research and discovery — interview users, analyze pain points, and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Prototype and validate ideas through rapid iteration, ensuring high quality and usability.
- Maintain consistency across multiple products while allowing flexibility for localized or partner experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing digital products for both desktop and mobile.
- Strong command of Figma and component-based design.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
- Deep understanding of UX principles and ability to translate insights into intuitive interfaces.
- Solid communication skills in English (Russian is a plus).
- Comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of prototyping tools (Framer, Protopie, Webflow, etc.)
- Motion design skills (After Effects or similar).
- Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS or native mobile UI frameworks.
- Previous work in SaaS, e-commerce, or ticketing platforms.
Benefits
- Competitive salary.
- Remote-friendly work setup.
- A chance to make a real impact in a fast-growing market.
- A supportive team of designers, analysts, and product thinkers.
Space to grow, experiment, and push boundaries.
