The Marketing Analytics Manager will lead marketing performance analytics for Medlive's HCP- and patient-focused education initiatives by transforming data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Own marketing performance reporting across programs, campaigns, and channels, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that communicate performance, impact, and trends to internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively analyze performance to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization recommendations tied to business goals
- Lead partner and client reporting, translating data into clear, strategic narratives and presentations
- Conduct audience, cohort, and behavioral analysis to inform targeting, messaging, and content strategy
- Partner cross-functionally to define analytics requirements, improve data quality, and support testing and measurement efforts
- Set performance benchmarks, monitor results, and recommend course corrections as needed
- Champion a data-informed culture by guiding stakeholders on metrics, insights, and best practices
