The Project Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the Healthy Village project, strengthening early childhood development in Manggarai District, Indonesia. The successful candidate will work closely with partners, stakeholders, and the program department to achieve project targets and indicators.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in education, health, social fields or other related fields in health, ECD, and gender equality
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, including budget management, monitoring, evaluation and quality project reporting
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in coordination with Government agencies/offices, Health, and ECD sectors
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to function efficiently and effectively with minimum day-to-day supervision
  • Demonstrated skills in problem-solving and people management
