Requirements
- Strong network across VCs, market makers, funds, quant firms, and institutional trading partners
- 2+ years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or institutional sales within CEX/DEX, prime brokerage, hedge fund, or market maker environments
- Demonstrated track record in closing high-value institutional deals and delivering measurable trading volume
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Highly results-driven and fast executor, capable of sourcing and converting leads independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of crypto market structure, perpetual DEX models, and institutional trading dynamics
