Singapore onlyBNBChain is seeking a senior Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for its core developer and ecosystem products. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Web3/blockchain product management and a proven track record of shipping products on a major chain.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in Web3 / blockchain
- Proven track record of shipping products on a major chain
- Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals: account models, smart contracts, gas mechanics, consensus, cross-chain bridges
- Experience working with and evaluating DeFi protocols: AMMs, lending markets, stablecoins, liquidity incentive mechanisms
- Strong familiarity with on-chain data tools (Dune Analytics, DefiLlama, BscScan, Etherscan)
- Ability to write structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can execute without ambiguity
- Data-driven decision making: comfortable defining KPIs, building dashboards, and measuring product impact
- Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with limited resources
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience producing research reports, executive memos, and strategy documents
