  • Coordinate inputs across product, marketing, and executive stakeholders to deliver high-quality submissions on time
  • Track analyst interactions, maintain documentation, and manage AR tools, calendars, and workflows
  • Prepare internal stakeholders with research insights, messaging context, and briefing materials
  • Identify risks in evaluation cycles and proactively keep projects on schedule
  • Summarize analyst feedback, research, and key takeaways for internal teams
  • Improve and scale AR processes using tools and automation to increase efficiency and consistency

You Have:

  • Experience in analyst relations, product marketing, communications, or program management with exposure to analyst firms
  • Proven ability to manage complex, deadline-driven projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across parallel workstreams
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional deliverables and driving accountability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing materials for senior stakeholders
  • Comfort working with executives and cross-functional teams in high-visibility situations
  • Familiarity with firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, or KuppingerCole
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Direct experience supporting analyst evaluations like Magic Quadrant, Wave, or Leadership Compass
  • Experience using AI or productivity tools to improve research, writing, or program execution
  • Background in identity, security, or enterprise software markets
