About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer with a strong delivery mindset and a clear product focus.
You will work on the Champion Health platform across web and mobile, with a strong focus on our React Native mobile applications. Proven production React Native experience is essential.
Engineers contribute across multiple shared repositories, relying on clear, effective communication to ship reliably as a remote team.
Minimum Qualifications
Primary requirement: Proven experience working with React Native in production mobile applications
Our stack: React Native (multiplatform), JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, Docker and modern testing tools
We work with mobile distribution platforms (App Store, Google Play)
Product-oriented, delivery-focused mindset — you care about outcomes, not just code
Hands-on, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Clear and effective communicator who is approachable and easy to work with in a remote team
Good written and spoken English and Polish.
