- Develops comprehensive unit tests and automated test scripts to ensure code quality and functionality.
- Maintains and enhances existing applications, identifies areas for improvement, and contributes to the development of new features.
- Identifies dependencies, risks, and potential issues early in the development process and works with the team to resolve them effectively.
- Participates in peer code reviews to ensure compliance with design and coding standards and to foster team learning and code quality.
- Works closely with team members, cross-functional departments, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Demonstrates willingness to learn from peers and adapt to evolving technologies and practices.
- Actively participates in story grooming, sprint planning, and estimation sessions; contributes to accurate effort estimation and breakdown of requirements.
- Collaborates effectively with the Agile/development team, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and timelines.
