Requirements
- 7 to 10 years experience producing multi-channel creative work
- Proven track record shipping campaigns across film, social, digital, OOH, and experiential
- Strong cross-functional coordination with Product, Growth, and Product Marketing Managers
- Excellent at managing timelines, scopes, budgets, and vendors
- High craft standards and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Clear communicator who stays calm under pressure
- Experience running agencies, creators, freelancers, and production studios
