Creative Director

Our client, a leading US multi-brand company, is looking for a Creative Director. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Marketing team in a growing company and to make a contribution to the products used by millions.

The main goal for this position is to create a full-cycle content creation team (by working both with an in-house team and contractors).

As a Creative Director your main tasks will be to:

• Manage the creation of various content for existing and new brands (graphic, video, 3d) for Amazon, websites, and social media
• Be an expert in our products and translate deep knowledge of them into top-notch creative content
• Manage Design team
• Create briefs for product packaging and Amazon A+ Premium content (landing pages) for new products
• Create briefs for product manuals and quick start guide instructions to the outsource teams
• Create briefs for Promo and FAQ videos for new products on Amazon
• Find outsource video production teams
• Manage video production teams until the final results are delivered
• Have good knowledge of the competitors and desire to "win" the market
• Create content for social networks (Instagram, Facebook)
  

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Proven work experience in managing creative content creation processes (graphic design, videos, landing pages, social media, product packaging)
• Highly creative skills
• Strong management skills
• Attentiveness to the details and perfect knowledge of products ("nerdiness" in a good way)
• Strong hands-on team player, not afraid to execute work at all levels depending on the workload
• Experience in managing designers and small content teams
• Ideally - work experience with the US market
