As a Business Operations Associate, you will partner with Product Managers to provide embedded business and economic decision support across key product surfaces at Phantom.
Requirements
- Serve as the business counterpart for economically material product questions.
- Quantify expected ROI, unit economics, and tradeoffs to help Product make faster, higher-confidence decisions.
- Produce decision-ready recommendations that clarify options and implications.
- Evaluate incentive and growth spend using payback, LTV, and ROI analysis to inform investment decisions.
- Partner with Product, Data, and Finance to assess fees, take-rates, and pricing changes and their impact on growth, revenue, and user experience.
- Apply an 80/20 mindset, prioritizing speed, impact, and decision clarity over exhaustive analysis.
- Build lightweight, repeatable frameworks that scale decision-making across teams.
- Act as connective tissue across EPD and Operations/Finance for financially material decisions.
