We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Senior Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Lan to lead the design and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions for our enterprise clients. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect – Generative AI with deep expertise in GenAI platforms and frameworks, especially agentic architectures. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role that bridges business strategy and technical execution for our most strategic clients.
- Design end-to-end GenAI solutions tailored to a variety of business use cases.
- Evaluate and apply GenAI tools and platforms across domains, including LLM orchestration frameworks, agents, and specialized APIs.
- Architect solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and other cutting-edge tooling for agentic workflows.
- Leverage your Python development skills to build, customize, and scale intelligent systems.
- Develop technical strategies and architectures aligned with client needs.
- Lead solution engineering in collaboration with development teams.
- Engage directly with client stakeholders, including executive leadership, to shape strategic direction.
- Remain hands-on and close to client use cases — actively contribute to ideation, PoC development, and implementation.
- Provide mentorship and direction to delivery teams.
- Strong fluency across the GenAI landscape — including but not limited to agentic frameworks, orchestration platforms, LLM APIs, and deployment patterns.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Python in real-world implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into high-level solution architectures.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $180,000 to $202,730. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
