As a Talent Operations & Systems Specialist, you'll own the operational infrastructure that makes hiring teams fast, consistent, and data-driven. This includes systems implementation, sourcing frameworks, data integrity, and recruiter workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field
• Proven experience with ATS and recruiting tools
• Strong understanding of recruiting process and technology
• Ability to design and maintain recruiting workflows and pipeline stage logic
• Experience with sourcing infrastructure and talent mapping
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work across multiple workstreams
