Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field
- Proven experience with ATS and recruiting tools
- Strong understanding of recruiting process and technology
- Ability to design and maintain recruiting workflows and pipeline stage logic
- Experience with sourcing infrastructure and talent mapping
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work across multiple workstreams
