Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Expert-level understanding of campaign structure, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative best practices
- Analytically sharp with ability to read performance data and translate findings into clear actions and recommendations
