The Manager, Business Development, Indonesia (CMI) will own the revenue generation and go-to-market strategy for Indonesia. This role involves leading a high-impact sales team focused on driving growth, operational transformation, and exceeding customer expectations, along with fiscal planning, forecasting, and sales training. CMI will oversee the strategic transition of Pearson from print to digital, define the digital go-to-market product proposition, and collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment with Pearson’s chosen markets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience with at least eight years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Significant experience working in large, complex and highly commercial businesses with B2B2C revenue models.
- Proven track record of business development, account management and aggressive sales growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing or a related field.
