Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in in-house recruiting, ideally with an IT focus in the scale-up environment
- Strong collaboration with Hiring Managers and development of individual recruiting strategies
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Creativity and innovation enthusiasm in sourcing
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Team player: Exchange and openness for new ideas
