The Operations Manager at PayFuture will be responsible for overseeing and improving our day-to-day operations, ensuring that business objectives are met effectively and efficiently. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments, managing resources, and implementing operational strategies that drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Oversee the daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all operational processes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, objectives, and initiatives in line with company goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational functions with overall business objectives.
- Manage and train operations staff to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance.
- Address and resolve operational issues efficiently and effectively.
