Implementation Technician will set up customers within PAR Ops products and services, configuring products, conducting training sessions, and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of Customer Service experience, or equivalent
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Additional skills: thrive at working in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented culture
