Mid-weight Digital Designer

Your mission

We're looking for a talented and dedicated mid-weight Digital Designer to join our video production team. At Oxolo, you'll craft dynamic templates and unique visual content within our cutting-edge AI-powered video generation platform. This role is perfect for everyone who enjoys telling stories through graphic design, motion graphics, and UI design, influencing how companies create videos. Your role will involve creating corporate templates and videos for potential customers. You will be responsible for designing visual stories, without the need for cameras, microphones, or studios. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, with a good sense of design, and have an entrepreneurial spirit, then this role is ideal for you.

Your area of responsibility

• Lead video production initiatives from concept to completion.
• Work closely with our Video Producer to create attractive templates and video assets that align with our brand.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to bring creative visions to life.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to create compelling videos using our platform.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, offering ideas and adapting to feedback.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and integrate fresh, innovative ideas into your designs.

Your profile

• At least 3 years of design experience, evidenced by a portfolio of high-quality, diverse projects.
• A creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for motion graphics, branding or brand design, and typography.
• Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Good working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience in presentation design is a bonus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Embrace a team-oriented approach, open to feedback and collaborative updates to your work.
• Written and spoken English is a must.
