Anticipated Salary Range
The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000–$160,000. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, education, skills, and experience.

Clinical Marketing Senior Manager

Overview
The Clinical Marketing Senior Manager is a remote, field-based role available within the contiguous United States. This position leverages advanced perioperative and surgical expertise to strengthen clinical credibility across marketing strategy, customer engagement, and field execution. The role accelerates adoption of key surgical products by converting real-world clinical insights into marketing inputs, customer value narratives, and clinically grounded field enablement. This position partners closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to enhance the clinical foundation of go-to-market strategies and drive commercial effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Clinical Influence
• Shape brand strategy, positioning, and adoption priorities for the Kitting Organization.
• Translate clinical and marketplace insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert to ensure messaging and materials are clinically credible and aligned with strategic objectives.

Clinical Insight and Content Development
• Convert operating room best practices and real-world clinical insights into marketing tools, including procedural guides, checklists, and educational content.
• Identify clinical drivers and barriers to adoption and provide recommendations to inform marketing strategy.
• Maintain expert knowledge of clinical literature, procedural trends, and competitive developments to refine messaging.

Field Enablement and OR Support
• Partner with Field Sales to elevate clinical competency through training, coaching, and peer-to-peer engagement.
• Provide clinical consultation in the operating room to support product conversions and procedural readiness.
• Ensure clinical accuracy and consistency in the execution of customer kitting programs.

Customer, KOL, and Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Engage with customers and key opinion leaders to gather insights that shape product strategy and positioning.
• Provide field-level clinical insight to support initiatives such as product launches and post-market activities.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to identify adoption barriers and refine strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications
• Clinically credentialed with relevant perioperative or surgical background (PA with surgical experience, RNFA, or perioperative RN with advanced first-assist experience). - Required
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on surgical or operating room experience, including first-assist or comparable intra-operative responsibilities.
• Experience providing clinical training, mentoring, or education to healthcare professionals or commercial teams.
• Strong clinical presentation and communication skills, including simulation lab or procedural education experience.
• Ability to engage effectively with surgeons, OR teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate clinical insights into marketing action.
• Ability to lead and influence within a matrixed environment.
• Experience developing or utilizing customer insights and working with KOLs (preferred).
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
