User Adoption & Experience Leader for Applications

Owens Corning is seeking a User Adoption & Experience Leader for Applications to drive the implementation of off-the-shelf software applications with a goal of achieving 100% user adoption. This role focuses on the people, process, technology, and data aspects of adoption, ensuring users are equipped and motivated to embrace the new tools. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to seamless onboarding, training, and communication. This role is essential for a rapid transition from the former Owens Corning acquisition to a new entity and leverages digital adoption platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human-Centered Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software implementation, user adoption, or change management.
• Proven success driving adoption of off-the-shelf software solutions.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms (e.g., SAP WalkMe).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Empathy-driven approach to user engagement and support.
