(Fluent Serbian) Business Development Specialist

Together We Will:

• Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities and potential clients;
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals;
• Conduct discovery calls with potential clients and convert them;
• Manage commercial proposals and developing business opportunities;
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize sales efforts;
• Provide consistent, accurate, and timely business development activity reports to management;
• Provide key feedback from key stakeholders about customer needs;
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.

Requirements

What You Need:

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in business development;
• Fluent communication skills of written and spoken English (C2);
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities;
• Experience in conducting Discovery calls;
• Have successful closed deals;
• Experience in building the business development strategy from scratch;
• Experience in finding cold leads and converting them into customers;
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks.

Would be a plus:

• Experience working for an outstaffing or outsourcing company.
• Great sense of humor.
