How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Mastering the Digital Paper Trail:You will navigate various internal systems and third-party billing portals to submit, monitor, and manage the lifecycle of invoices, ensuring nothing gets lost in the digital shuffle.

  • Protecting the Revenue Stream:By preparing and distributing direct client invoices with meticulous precision, you guarantee that all billing timelines are met and cash flow remains uninterrupted.

  • Creating Bulletproof Claims:You will collate and upload vital supporting documentation—like proofs of service and job completion photos—to validate work and eliminate payment delays before they even happen.

  • Building Financial Trust:Through impeccably organized digital records and proactive administrative support, you will keep our financial operations highly auditable, transparent, and moving at the speed of business.
