Ireland onlyORS has a robust building surveying team with a proven track in delivering with speed and dependability on complex projects. We are seeking a building surveyor to join our expanding team.
Requirements
- BSc, (Hons) Degree in Building Surveying, or equivalent.
- Registered Building Surveyor status
- 4+ years’ experience, preferably within a consultancy.
- Strong onsite surveying skills with previous relevant commercial / residential building surveying experience.
- Experience in negotiation of settlement with tenants/landlord’s surveyor on terminal Schedule of Dilapidations desirable.
- Be able to develop and foster long term client relationships.
- Proficient IT skills, including AutoCAD, Word and Excel, GoReport / ArchTechPro or similar.
- Excellent technical knowledge and competence.
- Strong report writing skills and excellent attention to detail.
