Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and strategic Product Manager to join our Strategy & Innovation team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end new product development process - from identifying market opportunities and building the business case, to incubating products that resonate with our customers. You will be a central connector between cross-functional teams, ensuring products move efficiently from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Market Intelligence

• Conduct ongoing analysis of consumer trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to identify whitespace opportunities
• Develop and maintain a strategic product pipeline aligned with Orderly Wellness's growth ambitions
• Synthesize market data into clear, actionable insights that inform product decisions and prioritization

Go-To-Market Planning

• Build comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies for new product launches
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of launch plans

Product Incubation & Launch

• Develop detailed product briefs and product plans that guide teams through the full innovation process from idea to launch
• Champion the Think Big, Test Small, Scale Fast methodology - designing pilots and experiments to validate concepts quickly before scaling investment
• Serve as the connective tissue across Innovation, digital, operations & marketing throughout the product lifecycle

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Build and manage detailed project plans with clear milestones, owners, and timelines
• Proactively identify risks & resolve functional dependencies to keep projects on track
• Regularly update leadership and key stakeholders on product status, milestones, and learnings across the innovation funnel
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting to ensure visibility and alignment across the organization

Qualifications

Required

• 5 -12 years of experience in product management, brand management, or innovation - ideally in consumer goods, health & wellness, or a related category
• Demonstrated ability to lead a product from concept through commercial launch
• Strong analytical skills with experience translating consumer and market data into product strategy
• Experience developing Go-To-Market strategies and cross-functional launch plans
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build compelling narratives for leadership and stakeholders

Preferred

• Familiarity with agile or stage-gate innovation frameworks
• Experience working with retail or DTC channels in the wellness or CPG space
• Comfort working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with a bias for action
• Some AI fluency and ability to work comfortably with Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini
