We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to join our Government Services team for a 10 month Maternity leave contract. In this dynamic, hands-on role, you will be responsible for supporting the team with various administrative tasks and data entry functions. You will work closely with the Team Leader and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within the business.
The ideal candidate will be organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and adept at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking driven professionals with a background in Administration, Customer Service and Data capturing and processing. A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development is essential together with:
- Managing customer interactions via a telephony system, Microsoft Outlook and various web-based applications
- Capturing of data into an internal system
- Searching and inserting required documents to allocated jobs
- Preparation of excel spreadsheets
- Build and maintain good relationships with our internal and external stakeholders
- Completing tasks in line with defined Opteon business processes
- Utilising Opteon systems to capture job related data required to ensure the progression of the valuation to completion
