We are looking for a start-up mindset Senior Software Engineer to help the team take the product to the next level. The role involves driving AI initiatives, making decisions on architecture, technical debt, and new features in a complex environment with limited time and resources.
The product is experiencing rapid commercial growth, and the engineer will help ensure scalability, quality, and performance.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Drive AI projects and integrate cutting-edge technologies;
- Make decisions on architecture, technical debt, and new features;
- Collaborate with the team to ensure quality, scalability, and performance.
- 10+ years in software engineering with strong AI expertise;
- Experience across diverse companies and architectures;
- Product mindset: understanding customer needs and turning them into technical solutions;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Experience managing tasks in fast-paced, resource-constrained settings.
MUST HAVE
- AI engineering experience with:
- Testing/Integrating LLMs;
- MCP Servers - preferably both on creating / consuming;
- Experience with Agentic technologies / frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, n8n).
- Excellence in Go;
- Experience in K8s - both operational and dev;
- Experience in Cloud Native / distributed application architectures based on K8s;
- API (REST, GraphQL) skills with focus on design, performance and security;
- DevOps skills (Network, Security, CI/CD, etc), GCP preferred.
NICE TO HAVE
- MongoDB, PostgreSQL;
- Performance and functional testing experience at scale;
- Frontend application dev/architecture - React, NodeJS;
- Managing OSS projects/community from a tech/engineering PoV.
