The Role
Outcomes:
- Concept, iterate, and create design and content (illustration, motion graphics, etc) solutions that will live in websites, brand campaigns, social media, videos, events, and more.
- Collaborate within cross functional teams to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Adhere to, and evolve, brand identity standard, improving based on new learnings and business changes.
- Engage with the latest design and social media trends, design techniques, emerging technologies (AI), and industry best practices to improve the effectiveness of creative deliverables.
About You
- 5+ years of experience executing design systems across offline and online channels
- A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of brand and visual identity design. Can work within dark, grittier aesthetics.
- Skilled with Figma, AfterEffects/Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator and Webflow, and have a strong working knowledge of advertising fundamentals and a passion for learning about new platforms and technologies
- An innate ability to create remarkable executions by leveraging marketing goals, data, user feedback and research
- Low ego and flexible mindset. Open to critical feedback.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High growth D2C and/or health-focused company background a plus
