Requirements
- Completed technical education or comparable qualification (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science)
- Experience in the technical support of server-based IT systems (e.g., Unix/Linux, Kubernetes, Grafana, Docker, PostgreSQL)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Careful, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills (C1) in words and writing
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
