About the Role
As a Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner with OpenLoop, you’ll deliver patient-centered care using secure video, phone, and asynchronous messaging platforms. You’ll serve as part of an interdisciplinary care team while practicing independently within established clinical guidelines.
This role focuses onhormone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT)and related wellness services, allowing you to build personalized treatment plans that support long-term patient outcomes.
- Conduct HIPAA-compliant telehealth consultations
- Review patient intake forms and lab results
- Develop individualized HRT/TRT and medical weight loss treatment plans
- Determine appropriate care pathways during initial consultations
- Educate patients on treatment options and expectations
- Maintain accurate, thorough clinical documentation
- Collaborate with providers through charting and internal messaging
- Adhere to clinical protocols and best practices
- Provide feedback to improve clinical quality and operations
- Embrace evolving telehealth technologies
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted APRN license inat least 10 states (required)
- Master’s, Post-Master’s Certificate, or Doctorate in Nursing
- National NP certification (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent)
- 3+ years as an NP in family practice, primary care, or urgent care
- Unrestricted DEA license
- Proven experience withmale and female hormone replacement therapy
- Background in medical weight loss or peptide therapy
- Strong knowledge of endocrinology and pharmacology
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Comfortable and confident practicing via telemedicine
