Staff Software Engineer - AI/ML - Information Extraction

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer - AI/ML, with experience in Information Extraction, to join our talented, dynamic, and rapidly growing global team. This position is UK remote, or London-based. For London employees we have an in-office requirement of 2 days per week, and periodic office visits are expected for remote staff.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience
• Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or Rust
• Deep understanding of AI/ML systems architecture
• Strong expertise in deploying and managing AI/ML models in cloud environments
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks
• Experience with microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines / MLOps for AI/ML model deployment
• Experience with agentic AI coding and orchestration tools for software engineering
