About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help scale a mission-critical platform used by organizations across multiple sectors, including nonprofits, government, and regulated environments.

This is a foundational role where you will take ownership across the full stack — from mobile to backend systems — and contribute directly to architecture, performance, and product evolution. You won’t just execute tickets; you will help shape how the platform grows and scales in production.

You will work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment alongside product and engineering leadership, building real features used by real users. This role requires strong technical ownership, clear communication, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.

We are looking for engineers who move fast, think critically, and take responsibility for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Own full-stack development across React, React Native, and Node.js

Build and maintain scalable mobile and web applications in production

Develop APIs, integrations, and backend services

Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability

Collaborate with product and design to deliver high-impact features

Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction

Integrate AI-driven features and workflow automation where relevant

Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development

• Strong experience with React Native, React.js, and Node.js

• Proven experience shipping and maintaining production mobile applications (iOS and Android)

• Ability to work across frontend, backend, and integrations

• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills

• Experience operating independently in fast-paced environments

• Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements

• Strong communication skills in remote environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience building AI-powered features or workflow automation

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)

• Familiarity with security, compliance, or regulated environments

• Experience building SaaS platforms used by nonprofits, government, or workforce organizations

• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
