As a Solutions Engineer at Ontinue, you will work closely with Sales Executives to pursue close opportunities and be the technical expert in the relationship with international customers. You will assess customer security posture, needs, and technical requirements, and present security services including live demos. You will also lead technical workshops and architecture sessions, complete RFP responses, and handover new customers to account management and delivery teams.
Requirements
- Experience developing customer and partner/channel relationships
- Competence to work in a team, as well as individually
- Willingness to travel to customer site and events
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong technical background in IT Security (SIEM, SOAR, SOC) and its frameworks and standards
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Defender and Azure Sentinel
- Understanding of core security technologies and concepts such identity protection, cloud security, network & perimeter security, endpoint protection
- Understanding of the UK SOC landscape to enhance customer consultations
