MDM Data Engineer | About You

As an MDM Data Engineer, you are responsible for designing, building, and operating data integrations that power a successful MDM fast‑start implementation. Your primary focus is moving, transforming, and integrating data into the Profisee MDM platform in a scalable and reliable way. You bring strong experience with data integration tooling and enjoy working hands‑on with ingestion pipelines, profiling, and data quality processes. You work closely with solution consultants and architects to operationalize MDM designs and ensure data arrives complete, accurate, and ready for stewardship. You thrive in delivery‑oriented environments and take pride in building robust integration foundations.

MDM Data Engineer | Day-to-Day

• Design, build, and maintain data integrations into Profisee MDM, with Profisee Connect as the primary integration mechanism.
• Engineer and support data pipelines that ingest, transform, and load source data into the MDM platform.
• Perform data profiling, data quality validation, and standardization as part of ingestion workflows.
• Support stewardship and survivorship processes by ensuring timely, reliable, and accurate data delivery.
• Collaborate with MDM Solution Consultants and Architects to align integration logic with entity models and business rules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues during fast‑start implementation and stabilization phases.

MDM Data Engineer | Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or MDM technical roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with data integration and pipeline development, ideally using Profisee Connect.
• Experience working with MDM platforms and supporting ingest processes for master data domains.
• Solid understanding of data profiling, data quality, and data standardization techniques.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured enterprise data sources.
• Comfortable working in offshore delivery teams supporting onshore leadership and stakeholders.
