UX/UI Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to support the design of a modern, AI-powered application platform. You will work on creating intuitive, consistent, and visually clear user experiences across multiple use cases and personas, while learning and growing within a collaborative product design team.

This role is ideal for a designer who is strong in Figma, eager to deepen their design systems knowledge, and motivated to grow their skills across the full UX/UI process—from understanding user problems to delivering polished interface designs.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the translation of user needs and product requirements into clear UX/UI solutions

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using Figma

• Apply existing design system components and patterns consistently across the product

• Contribute to user research activities such as usability testing, interviews, and feedback analysis

• Assist in creating and maintaining UI specifications and design documentation

• Collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and engineers throughout the design process

• Help design user flows, navigation structures, and interaction patterns for new and existing features

• Identify usability issues and propose design improvements

• Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and responsiveness standards

• Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback into iterations

• Support the evolution of the design system by contributing components, variants, or documentation

Who you are:

• 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a related role

• Degree in UX, UI, design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience

• Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, UI execution, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping (must-have)

• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design (must-have)

• Understanding of core UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy

• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and iterate based on feedback

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Other Qualifications:

• Exposure to usability testing or user research methods.

• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.

• Interest in data-driven or enterprise-level digital products.

• Basic understanding of accessibility principles (WCAG).

• Proficiency with AI-powered design and productivity tools (e.g. Figma Make, Figma Sites, Lovable, etc.)

• Experience designing user experiences for AI-powered features or products is a plus.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, or German) are a plus.
