About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior or Staff Full Stack Engineer to join one of our teams in our Innovation function, a small, high-impact team building next-generation products and platforms. You’ll work across the stack, using Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Python, REST APIs, Elasticsearch, and modern front-end frameworks like Vue or React.

This is a hands-on technical role with significant design and leadership scope. You’ll act as a force multiplier, shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, and contributing to multiple products in parallel. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and user-centric solutions that help us move fast without compromising quality.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance services and APIs using Ruby on Rails, Node.js, and Python.

• Develop intuitive, responsive web interfaces using Vue.js or React.

• Architect and evolve distributed systems integrating Elasticsearch, relational databases, and other services.

• Translate business goals into well-designed, scalable technical solutions.

• Champion clean code, testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices across teams.

• Lead and mentor other engineers, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and craftsmanship.

• Influence and contribute to architectural direction and technology decisions across multiple products.

• Partner with Product and Design to deliver seamless user experiences grounded in technical excellence.

• Take ownership of features end to end, from discovery through delivery and ongoing production support

Who you are:

• 8+ years of professional full-stack development experience with proven impact on complex, production-grade systems.

• Deep hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails and Node.js.

• Strong experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Proficiency in Python for automation, data handling, or backend services.

• Solid experience with Elasticsearch (indexing, query design, optimization).

• Front-end fluency in Vue.js or React, with a keen eye for performance and UI quality.

• Demonstrated ability to architect systems, evaluate trade-offs, and scale solutions effectively.

• A natural mentor and collaborator who helps elevate team capabilities and code quality.

• Excellent communication skills; you can simplify complexity and align people around solutions.

• Comfortable operating across multiple products or domains in a dynamic environment.
