Job Description

• Coordinate the day to day activities of the zone
• Plan weekly procurement and push for targets
• Managing/cost control of procurement activities
• Reporting zonal procurement statistics
• Planning and Organizing logistics/funds for procurement
• Ensuring that goods procured meet company/contract requirements
• Monitoring procurement activities of zone and ensuring integrity of goods purchased
• Reporting on local market dynamics during and after the season
• Assisting the BC in planning/budgeting
• Work closely with the CRS team to ensure continuous implementation of sustainability activities in operational areas

Requirements

• Education: Masters degree/MBA in Procurement/Agric/Natural Resource/Agri Business
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years working in a similar position and/or in the cashew industry
• Must be willing to stay in Techiman, Sampa and Cashew growing area
