Job Description
- Coordinate the day to day activities of the zone
- Plan weekly procurement and push for targets
- Managing/cost control of procurement activities
- Reporting zonal procurement statistics
- Planning and Organizing logistics/funds for procurement
- Ensuring that goods procured meet company/contract requirements
- Monitoring procurement activities of zone and ensuring integrity of goods purchased
- Reporting on local market dynamics during and after the season
- Assisting the BC in planning/budgeting
- Work closely with the CRS team to ensure continuous implementation of sustainability activities in operational areas
Requirements
- Education: Masters degree/MBA in Procurement/Agric/Natural Resource/Agri Business
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years working in a similar position and/or in the cashew industry
- Must be willing to stay in Techiman, Sampa and Cashew growing area
