We’re hiring a Senior Field Marketer to partner with our client, an AI-powered IT service platform – to ensure airtight analytics infrastructure, track key conversion events, and support scalable outbound workflows. This is a deeply technical, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on precision, speed, and building clean, reliable systems.

Accountability

As a Senior Field Marketer, your success will be defined by your ability to plan and execute industry-leading events, create impactful ABM campaigns, and deliver measurable pipeline results. You’ll pair creativity with operational excellence to ensure every field marketing program contributes to revenue growth and customer engagement.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

Field Marketing & Events

  • Build and execute an industry event strategy, identifying key conferences and trade shows.
  • Plan and deliver company-hosted events, including flagship programs, regional dinners, and VIP experiences.
  • Create “signature” experiences that delight customers and prospects while building brand awareness.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Design and execute full-funnel ABM playbooks targeting high-value accounts.
  • Partner with Sales to deeply understand account needs and build campaigns that drive meetings, pipeline, and revenue.

Campaign Measurement & Optimization

  • Track program performance across pipeline generation, revenue influence, and acceleration.
  • Use data and insights to test, refine, and improve campaign impact.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and leadership to ensure aligned messaging and customer experiences.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across functions to integrate field activities into broader go-to-market initiatives.

Colleagues

You’ll collaborate directly with Sales and Marketing leadership to build campaigns that resonate with IT and Operations buyers.

At Oceans, you’ll also receive guidance and support from our Operations Manager, who will help you succeed in the role and ensure that you’re continuously growing and developing in your career.

Skills & Qualifications

At Oceans, we believe in T-shaped individuals—those who bring deep expertise in one area, paired with broad curiosity and interests. As a Senior Field Marketer, your vertical focus will be field and event marketing, while your horizontal strengths should include ABM, campaign analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing, ideally in SaaS or IT.
  • Track Record: Proven success building field programs that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
  • Project Management: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Creativity: Ability to translate platform value into compelling digital and in-person experiences.
  • Collaboration: Strong cross-functional operator who thrives at the intersection of Sales and Marketing.

Bonus skills:

  • Background in infrastructure, SaaS, or IT tools.
  • Experience creating signature customer experiences or executive programs.
  • Familiarity with ABM tools and frameworks.

Role Specifications

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
