Job Title: Lead FullStack Developer (Job ref.3W56X9WV)

Job Type: Full-time, remote

Effort Schedule: 8 Hours/Day

Job Summary: Lead Developer in designing and implementing robust software solutions. Actively collaborates with the team to develop and document sprint stories, creates automated tests (unit, API, integration, functional) within a CI environment, and leads technical discussions, code reviews, and design sessions. Supports team growth by mentoring and acting as a Technical Facilitator to enhance technical skills and solution quality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and document the Stories of the Sprint with other team members;
• Create automated tests (unit, API, integration, function) in a continuous integration environment;
• Lead the team and other discussions of technical solutions and product ideas in design reviews, pair programming, and code review;
• Help the team master and grow technical skills and act as Technical Facilitator regarding all team members;
• Work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure the consistency of the technical solution;
• Lead the diagnosis and the resolution of complex issues and verify that the level of quality of the solution is in concordance with the quality objectives;
• Provide guidelines and expertise on technology implementation design;
• Ensure technical best practices alignment between teams and promotes new ones;

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience as a Lead FullStack Developer;
• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or other relevant engineering;
• Strong Java language skills (5+ years);
• Spring/Spring Boot framework familiarity (5+ years);
• Good knowledge of Microservices concepts and patterns;
• Good knowledge of REST API concepts and ApiGee;
• Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (or similar solution);
• Good knowledge of unit testing/integration testing;
• Messaging and event-based systems (Solace or RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ or Kafka);
• Knowledge of relational (Postgres, Oracle) and non-relational (Redis) database;
• Knowledge of Go lang (availability to upskill quickly because is used)
• Knowledge of C/C++, Go lang (is a plus);
• Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills;
• Significant experience with Angular 4+ framework and TypeScript (5+ years);
• Expertise in front-end automated testing concepts and frameworks;
• Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization;
• Leadership skills, including mentoring junior team members and establishing best practices;
• Business sense; good knowledge of industry perspective;
• Analytics skills; show interest in innovative technologies and desire to work on pioneering engagements;
• Methodological competence, e.g., agile software and test-driven development;
• Strong drive and motivation;
• Fluency in English (verbal and written). French is highly appreciated;
• Familiarity with SCSS, Angular CLI, webpack;
• GCP certification is a plus.
