We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our ServiceNow Learning Program. In this program, you will gain hands-on experience and training to build your career in ServiceNow. You will work closely with Business Analysts (BAs), Product Owners (POs), and technical teams, learning from real-world projects. We are looking for someone enthusiastic to contribute fresh ideas and actively support clients in their digital transformation journey.

ROLE DETAILS
Job Title: ServiceNow Learning Program
Job Location: remote
Effort Schedule: 8 Hours/Day

You will learn to:
- Develop and integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Design and implement solutions that align with business needs and technical standards.
- Write scripts and build custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Test, document, and deploy high-quality digital solutions.
- Participate in problem-solving sessions and learn how to troubleshoot incidents.
- Apply ServiceNow best practices and understand platform upgrades and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on modules like ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, and more.
In the ServiceNow Learning Program, you will gain experience in:
- Building and configuring ServiceNow applications, including custom apps and integrations using REST/SOAP.
- Using tools like Jira and Confluence to manage tasks, track progress, and document solutions.
- Testing solutions, both manually and with automated testing frameworks.
- Designing integration strategies for connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise software.
- Understanding the impact of changes on the platform and recommending effective solutions.
- Analyzing technical constraints, identifying risks, and proposing practical solutions.
