We are looking for a Senior Insights and Reporting Manager to join our fast-growing Insights and Reporting team. Reporting to our Director of Insights and Reporting, you will be supporting the team on shaping the success of our Commercial Sales teams with a key focus on driving revenue through performance insights.
Responsibilities
- Partner with multiple Commercial teams to understand their requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Tracking Commercial team's performance and providing insights into performance to help drive revenue
- Identify new methodologies and metrics to enhance the understanding of BDM & RM performance.
- Become subject matter expert in performance analysis
- Mentor, develop and upskill junior analysts in the team
- Develop new reports to understand merchant performance
- Develop insights across the complete life-cycle of a lead, opportunity, account and then track merchant performance once they are processing
- Collaborate with multiple teams from Marketing, Operations, Commercial, Product and Finance and support strategic initiatives
- Manage and deliver adhoc requests for reports and insights
- Enhance Quality Assurance (QA) in all reporting and insight projects and help embed this within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Math, Economics, Science or related fields
- Extensive experience (7+ years) working in an analytical team and using big data to generate actionable insights that impact revenue
- Strong numeracy skills and the ability to interpret complex data
- Ability to manage several large projects, adapt to a fast-paced environment and keep stakeholders informed of progress
- Passion for using analysis to influence, inform and enhance the effectiveness of Commercial teams
- Prior experience with Salesforce/ CRM software
- Prior experience with PowerBI, SQL, Tableau, or Looker
