What you will do:
- Analyze and interpret statements as needed
- Complete formal write-ups for all customers in accordance with policies and procedures
- Collect all receivables in accordance to company policy and collection strategy from customers
- Monitor ongoing customer and portfolio risk
- Review and calculate bad debt reserve
- Review and approve any terms changes for customers
- Make customer visits to high risk and high profile accounts
- Roll out and maintain credit mitigation tools where needed
- Maintain responsibility for applying corporate credit and collection policies and procedures to the credit requirements of a designated number of customer accounts within specified dollar limits and normal credit lines
- Utilize credit reporting services to compile reports related to the credit history of potential customers
- Establish credit lines for individual accounts making all credit arrangements in accordance with established company policy and terms
- Review credit applications, customer financial statements, credit reports and other relevant data to evaluate credit risk and determine credit worthiness of potential and existing customers

- Prepare analysis reports and monitor compliance with established goals
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business management or related field
- 2+ years' experience in finance or related business function
- Ability to lead by example and collaborate effectively
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on commitments
- Strong focus on Continuous Improvement and a proven track record
- Ability and comfort to speak, facilitate and communicate with all corporate levels and teams, from staff to executive, internal customers, IT, and vendors in a global and multi-cultural environment
- Experience/ability to identify issues, find appropriate solutions, and engage appropriate resources at any level
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range $79,600 - $109,450 annually. This range is estimated for Assistant Credit Manager role in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
