NTT DATA is seeking a SAP FICO Senior Consultant to join their team in Remote, Andhra Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant SAP consulting or industry experience and a deep understanding of business processes and technical issues. The role requires expertise in leading business process requirements, analysis, design, test, and working closely with client SAP and business leads.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years relevant SAP consulting or industry experience
  • At least 1 hands-on experience in the requirements gathering/fit-gap, design/blueprinting and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation programs
  • Deep understanding of business processes as well as good knowledge of technical issues at required area of specialty
  • Experienced in leading business process requirement, analysis, design, test, working closely with client SAP and business leads
  • Providing consulting services and solving complex problems in SAP Finance, and Controlling
  • Razor focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement
  • Minimum of 3 years SAP experience supporting General Ledger plus 3 or more of the following functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System
  • Experienced in Project Structuring, WBS, CC allocation, Finance integrations with banks, PS module cycle from project creation to settlement
  • Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, OTC, PP and QM
  • Identifying and proposing business process and system enhancements
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve SAP FICO gaps
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
  • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor
