We are currently seeking a HR Mini Master Lead to join our team in Remote, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). The role is responsible for design, migration, and validation of employee master data (mini master) required to support SAP S/4HANA processes during system conversion or selective data transition.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM (PA/OM) in ECC
- Experience with HR Mini Master concept in S/4HANA
- Understanding of Business Partner integration
- Hands-on experience in ECC to S/4HANA conversions or selective data transitions
- Familiarity with migration tools like SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit
- Data mapping, cleansing, and validation expertise
- Understanding of info types and HR data structures
- ALE/IDoc (optional)
- User-role mapping and authorization integration
- Experience in test case creation and execution
- Data validation and reconciliation
- Functional documentation
