United States onlyNP Digital is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our global agency. In this role, you'll partner cross-functionally to design and continuously improve scalable workflows, document and maintain SOPs, and identify gaps or risks, then lead change management to implement solutions. You'll also help strengthen the agency's toolset and infrastructure by supporting process and technology improvements, administering key systems (e.g., CRM, project management, and pricing tools), and enabling accurate data flow, clean handoffs, and collaboration across teams.
Requirements
- 5-7 years proven experience as an Operations Manager, Operations Associate, or Sales Operations Manager
- Proficiency in SharePoint and Office 365 programs, including strong Excel skills
- Prior business operations experience within a digital agency or familiarity with client contracts within the industry preferred
- Administrator experience within a CRM tool like Salesforce or HubSpot preferred
- Experience with data migration and mapping a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, project management and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
