NP Digital is seeking an experienced Director of Paid Media to help our growing Paid Media team while serving as a trusted resource for our prospective and existing clients. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience building and leading paid media strategies at a digital marketing agency. You love building integrated media strategies for clients to achieve their business goals, and you know that no “one size fits all” approach will ever get optimal results for your clients.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy with a focus across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Analytics
- A history of developing business-driving integrated Paid Media programs for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 and spanning B2B and B2C
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities using data & analytics, market research, and strategic frameworks
- Experience managing complex, multi-platform digital marketing strategies across clients
- Successful track record of helping to build and present strategic digital approaches, recommendations, and tactics for clients
- Ability to translate digital & industry trends into succinct, compelling, conversational language for a variety of C-Suite and Marketing audiences
- Deep understanding of agency-style business operations and how to leverage performance tactics to ensure long-term customer success and continued revenue growth
- Strong client and team leadership qualities, comfortable contributing to company’s thought leadership on paid media industry topics
