The P&O Partner is responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to Country Office (CO) Teams to ensure that optimal P&O strategies, systems, policies, tools, and practices are in place, with the goal of delivering relevant, high-quality support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or any other relevant specialisation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in a humanitarian/recovery context.
- At least 3 years of this experience in a Regional HR role.
- Previous experience of working in complex and volatile environments, ideally with an international humanitarian organisation.
- Proven experience in driving and implementing change.
- Knowledge and experience of working with varied and complex labour laws.
- Knowledge of fundamental P&O and Employee Relations principles.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
