Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent coordination, executive support, or a fast-paced operational role
- A genuine passion for hiring coordination and candidate experience
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume scheduling with speed and thoughtfulness, balancing multiple competing priorities simultaneously
